Who We Are

Information We Collect

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you provide:

Name, phone number, and email address
Property address or location and approximate acreage
The service you're interested in and any notes you add
If you use the instant price calculator: your selections and the resulting estimate

We also collect standard website analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

To schedule site visits and perform the services you hire us for
To send invoices, receipts, and service-related messages

SMS / Text Messaging

We collect two separate, independent text messaging opt-ins. If you opt in to transactional messaging, we will use your mobile number to send messages about your estimate, job scheduling, and invoices. If you separately opt in to marketing messaging, we will also send occasional marketing messages including promotions and review requests — opting into one does not opt you into the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of either at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our CRM, invoicing, and messaging platforms — and only as needed to serve you. These providers are bound to use your information solely to provide services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We keep customer records as long as needed for business and legal purposes (such as invoicing and warranty records), and we protect them with industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit.
